Please note that we are unable to ship any orders to PO box addresses. Any orders with such addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

EU Shipping

Free shipping on orders over €100.

€5.99 for orders under €100.

Estimated delivery time of 2-5 days.

EU Returns

In case of a returns or exchanges please contact us at returns@zenrunning.club. Exchanges will be handled free of charge, but in some cases returns may be chargeable. Accepted returns will have the product purchase price refunded to the original payment method.

Please be aware that we are unable to offer free returns from Sweden and Switzerland.

UK Shipping

Free shipping on orders over £100.

£5.99 for orders under €100.

Orders for our latest FutureOne model will ship Express from our UK Distribution Centre via DPD Express. Orders placed before midday (UK) will be delivered next day.

On confirmation of your order you will receive a tracking link showing the progress of your package, together with in-flight options to redirect or reschedule should the planned slot not be suitable.

For other models we will continue to ship from our EU site. Unfortunately given the need to pass UK Customs, the delivery time may be slightly longer. We are working hard to change this.
