ZR 01

I’ve got several hundred kilometres out of my ZR01s now (as well as 3 weeks abroad as my only comfortable casual shoes). They look the part as casual trainers and received several compliments in this capacity, but I love them for running. Comfortable and well suited to both on- and off-road running, and so easy to get on and off. The customer service team are amazing as well. When it comes time for new running shoes, my decision is likely now limited to which Zen Running Club shoes to choose.

My dad recommended the Zen Running Club trainers to me. I bought a pair a couple of weeks ago, and they are simply amazing. They not only look cool, they also fit me perfectly. Already been on a couple of 5K runs, and I am flying....Quite amazed by the fact that they are plant based and still can be a performance shoe.

Had great sensations while running with Zen shoes. Light and versatile : roads, forest, shoes offer great balance between bounce and stability.

Shoes are great! Great ride on both short and longer runs. I was really surprised how much faster they were than the well known brand I have been running in for the last few years.

I wasn't sure what to expect of an eco-friendly running shoe but so far it has exceeded my expectations! As a seasoned runner, I'm impressed with the overall performance, comfort, and style of this shoe. In recent years, I have trained and competed in wide toe box running shoes and these cradle the foot with the perfect balance of support, flex and responsiveness. I'm excited to continue training in these and see how they hold up long term as my road and tread training shoe!

I love how these shoes feel, the upper is super comfortable and they have great cushion. My only complaint is that due to the design, there isn't a way to lace a heel lock, so the heel can feel a little slippy sometimes. Other than that, a great shoe and love the principles behind them.
